  No manager, asked for call to district manager, was threatened, then followed employee in his car had to call police. Called Csc, several wasted calls to Philippines. Finally a US rep, explained to her asked for manager, 40 minutes and still holding

  What a great experience I had at T-Mobile!! I cracked the face of my IPhone and came in for advice and within minutes was told by Josh that I was eligible for an upgrade at no cost! Not only did I walk out with a brand new phone, Josh was able to get my cell phone bill by almost 15$! I came into the store in such a terrible mood over my shattered IPhone and walked out crazy surprised at the outcome. Josh was understanding and informative...and great sense of humor! Thanks Josh, Ill be back!
